Main technical contents and invention points:

The rare earth ion co-doping technology of long afterglow material was invented: in view of the problems of low light intensity and short afterglow time of long afterglow material, different types of lanthanide rare earth ions are used for co-doping, which effectively improves the luminescence performance of afterglow material and improves the practical effect of long afterglow material.

Invented the long afterglow material nano technology: in view of the long afterglow powder and solvent compatibility problem, developed the nano technology, because the nanoparticles than the surface and excellent surface activity, effectively improved the composite effect of light and organic solvent, enhanced the adhesion of substrate and ceramics, metal, etc.

The pore making technology of long afterglow material was invented: aiming at the problems of small specific surface area and poor composite ability of long afterglow carrier material, the pore making technology of porous long afterglow material was developed. A variety of long afterglow materials were prepared by sol gel and organic slurry preparation technology. The material presents excellent porous morphology, the specific surface area is 5-8 times higher than that of the powder material, and the firing temperature is reduced by more than 200℃.

The waterproof technology of long afterglow material is developed: in view of the poor water resistance of long afterglow material of aluminate system, on the one hand, the water resistance of aluminate system long afterglow is effectively improved by spraying silicone waterproof agent on the surface. On the other hand, the organic matter was coated with calcium aluminate-based long afterglow material, which was used for photocatalytic degradation of pollutants in water, and was used repeatedly for 120 times without afterglow loss.

The preparation technology of long afterglow glass material was developed: in view of the problem that the block and powder products cannot be directly used in the field of image processing, the long afterglow material of glass in the form was invented, and the image storage function was successfully realized.

1. Technical indicators:

(1) using rare earth blending technology significantly improved the luminous performance of long afterglow material, afterglow time can reach more than 20 hours, including CaAl2 O4: Eu, Nd, Gd, Sr4 Al14 O25: Eu, Dy, Er and Sr2 MgSi2 O7: Eu, Dy, Nd three system index reached or better than the world advanced level, compared to the technology before, improve the brightness of the afterglow powder 3-4 times, extend the luminous time 2-3 times.(2) The surface area of afterglow nanoparticles reaches 150 ~ 260m2 / g, which is about 30~50 times that of the commercially available afterglow powder, and the solubility of afterglow powder in organic solvent is increased by 2~3 times.(3) The specific surface area of the long afterglow porous material obtained by the porous preparation technology is 25.45~60.669 m2 / g, equivalent to 5~8 times of the commercial afterglow powder; Compared with the high temperature solid phase method, the slurry assisted preparation technology reduces the calcination temperature of the porous porous material by more than 200℃; (4) The corrosion resistant afterglow catalytic system realizes the dye degradation rate of about 95% in dark environment, and uses the organic composite afterglow material for more than 120 times, without the chemical corrosion problem and afterglow loss of afterglow powder.
